We understand that weather can be a concern, especially in the Midwest. We allow cancellations or rain checks due to weather up to the day before the event at 4 p.m. We can reschedule any day within 365 days of the event as long as the unit is available that day. For cancellations, we do not refund the $1 deposit, but if paid in excess of the deposit, we will issue a refund minus the Credit Card Surcharge.
Safety is always our top priority, which is why we won’t set up if the winds are over 20 mph (including gusts). We want to make sure everyone has a safe and fun time. If you decide to use the inflatable in the rain (and it’s a dry unit), please keep in mind that there’ll be a $50 clean-up fee.

We completely understand if things change and you need to go a different route. That’s no problem at all! We have a really transparent refund policy that allows you to cancel up to the day prior of the event by 4pm for a full refund minus the credit card surcharge and the $1 Deposit.

Lakeside Bounce offers a non-refundable damage waiver (optional) on inflatable items. Lessee must select coverage, pay in full, and sign a rental contract before the start of the event for the damage waiver to apply. Acceptance of any and all claims that arise are based on the sole discretion of Lakeside Bounce LLC.
This cost covers the following:
Up to $350 per contract in accidental damage to an inflatable device.
Up to $500 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment.
Up to $500 per contract in wind and storm damage to tents, and properly deflated inflatables.
This Damage Waiver is NOT liability insurance, theft, vandalism, silly string, misuse or abuse.
This Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. Lakeside Bounce will bill for any and all missing equipment at the fair market value of equipment or repair cost.
This Damage Waiver covers ONLY inflatables. It does not cover non-inflatable equipment rentals. Lakeside Bounce will bill for damages to any and all other non-inflatable equipment at fair market value cost of equipment.
