  Update September 2026: We rented a different wet combo inflatable this year and added a snow cone machine rental, and had another good experience! Delivery ended up being quite a bit early, which was great for us! The inflatable was super clean and we had no issues with it or the motor/fan. The snow cone machine was easy enough to use as a first-timer but we didn’t get a rundown before the delivery team took off (YouTube for the win) & I did not receive the extra servings I purchased. This was a super minor inconvenience, as we didn’t end up needing more servings, and I don’t foresee an issue getting that resolved. I will absolutely use Lakeside Bounce again and again for future rental needs! Original September 2025: Over Labor Day weekend, we threw a birthday party for our kiddo and rented the Cali Palms Dual Lane Combo (Wet) and it was a major hit!! We had the rental from 10:45a to roughly 5:30p and spent less than $400 on a Saturday with fees & delivery to Buckner. Kids and adults alike had an absolute blast, though it did get very muddy, very fast! I would advise placing water buckets by the entrance to clean feet minimize the mud tracking in lol. The 2 gentleman that delivered and set up the rental were personable and efficient! And the rental was clean upon arrival. I was not present when the rental was picked up, but the family member that was there reported no issues. I will happily rent from Lakeside Bounce in the future, should we need to!

  We’ve used Lakeside twice now for our daughter’s birthday parties. So easy to work with and my kiddo loves the combo bouncers! Update 2026: we’ve now used them more and each experience has been great. They communicate well and everything has gone smoothly for us.

Bounce House Facts

The first inflatable structure was designed in 1959 by John Scurlock in Shreveport, Louisiana who was experimenting with inflatable covers for a government request for proposal when he noticed his sons enjoyed jumping on the air structure. He was an electrical engineer and liked physics.
